We know there’s lot of awesome businesses out there that offer more than a service and would be great to work with, but for us we prefer to focus on service-based businesses only so that we can offer great value in a niche we are very familiar with. We enjoy being masters at what we do so we can serve our clients better!
★ You know and understand that in order for us to provide you with timely and accurate bookkeeping it does require that our clients communicate with us and provide us with the documents needed to do so.
★ You understand that as much as we’d like to do it all for you, we still need your input from time to time when we hit transactions we don’t understand. Don’t worry, we make it super simple to collaborate so you don’t feel lost!
★ You’re using Quickbooks® Online accounting software or would like to start using it. (We include this in your package when you sign up for monthly bookkeeping with us). We know there are so many softwares out there for you to choose from but this is our software of choice (we've been using it for 15+ years and have ProAdvisor Certification) and require our clients to use it!
Our service is NOT for you if:
★ You have poor communication skills…we can’t do our work if you are hard to communicate with.
★ We work hard to keep you compliant and don't partake in any shady business, so if you like to walk on the wrong side of the road then we are not your firm.
★ You want us to work on your terms - this is our business of expertise, it just doesn't work when clients try to micromanage - we are a partner, not an employee.
